Episode 126: Checking out Memory Maker with Kim!

Aaaaaaand we're back!  Apologies for the delay on getting this episode out and, thank you for hanging with us!  (Yay, midterms!).  On the newest episode of Generation Mouse, we take an in depth look at Disney's Memory Maker (formerly known as Photopass Plus) with our very own Kim giving us insights into the program!  As Kim does this on a daily basis in the parks, we ask her all our questions to make sure the guest gets the best experience, and best bang for their buck, and get some inside tips from Kim!  Do you have a question that we didn't cover?  Leave a comment below and Kim will find an answer for you!

We also discuss the Festival of Fantasy Parade that recently began rolling down Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. Finally, we look at the conversion from Downtown Disney to Disney Springs.

Episode 124: Take One Leave One

We start this episode by bringing you Disney news including the recent ticket price increase, added days to Flower & Garden and Star Wars Weekends, and the removal of the fountain (and possibly the smell) from the Polynesian lobby.

This week we play Armchair Imagineer and look to take out a current attraction from each park and replace it with an extinct attraction.

Episode 123: Saving Mr. Banks

This week the panel is joined by listener and film buff Elizabeth to discuss the recent Disney film Saving Mr. Banks. We geek out about the Disneyland scene and the map of Florida in Walt's office. We discuss the life of P.L. Travers including some aspects the film left out. We also talk about the un-Disney-like nature of the film, tackling tough topics and attracting an older demographic.

Episode 122: Disney on Broadway

If you're a Disney fan like we are, you know that ever since the opening of Disneyland, Disney and the Stage go hand-in-hand. With the announcement that Disney is taking Frozen to the stage, we decided to take a look at the shows of Disney Theatrical Productions. I'm sure you've heard about The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast on Broadway, but did you know that Disney has a couple original Broadway shows? We also take a look at some of the shows are rumored to be in production.
